Terms of use
These terms apply to orders placed through gravxo.com.
Orders
- An order is confirmed the moment it reaches the kitchen. Times shown are estimates and can move at peak hours.
- Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT.
- Availability changes through the day; we will tell you if something has sold out.
Payment
- Payment is currently taken at the counter, at the table or by the courier. Online card payment is not live yet.
Cancellations and refunds
- Call 0506 599 77 99 to cancel an order that has not started cooking.
- If something arrives wrong or missing, tell the team — we will replace it or refund it.
Allergens
- Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, egg, sesame and mustard side by side. We cannot rule out cross-contamination.
- If you have a serious allergy, tell the team before you order.
